The A’s are seeking to redevelop the Coliseum site into a mixed-use project that could include a tech campus, housing, a hotel and retail. According to the A’s real estate chief Lydia Tan, the Coliseum is likely to be demolished, but Oracle Arena could remain as a sports and entertainment destination.
